Rate & Rental Information

Rates

Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday during July and August, unless otherwise arranged with host.

High Season

• From mid June until mid October.

Holiday weekends: minimum 3 nights rental

• May - Victoria Day Weekend
• September - Labour Day Weekend
• October - Thanksgiving Weekend

$850 per week for up to 4 people
$150 per night for up to 4 people

Low Season

Minimum 2 nights rental

• May 1st until mid June
• Last 2 weeks of October

$695 per week for up to 4 people
$119 per night for up to 4 people

Additional People

up to a total of 6 people

$50 per week per person
$10 per night per person

Management reserves the right to require a damage deposit or to terminate or reject a reservation at their discretion.

Rental

The cottage is available for rent from May 1 until late October. A reservation is a firm contract and no allowance will be made for late arrival or early departure.

A deposit is payable at the time of reservation, as follows:

• Weekly Rental = 25% of weekly rental
• Nightly = 1 night's rental

• Balance of payment is due at time of check-in.

Cancellation

Deposit (less $40.00 administration fee) will be refunded if at least 30 days notice is given to the host.

We regret we are unable to accept credit cards.

Rules

• NO pets please (there are local kennels)
• NO smoking in the cottage
• check-in is after 2:30 pm
• check-out is by 10:30 am unless otherwise arranged with the host.
